Return Process

  Log in to your customer account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a pickup via the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
